WE HAVE CORAL!
The Coral Nursery of Puerto Rico officially has coral in our tanks!
Our first colonies of Porites astreoides, or Mustard Coral, have arrived, marking one of the biggest milestones in our journey so far. With our nursery now actively housing coral, we’re moving into the next phase of our restoration work: acclimation, microfragmentation, growth, and eventually, returning healthy corals to Puerto Rico’s reefs.
